Accommodations
Conference participants may stay in one of SCAD's four
residence halls. Each room is set up for double occupancy
and features the following:
- Air conditioning
- Private bathroom
- Two twin beds
- Two drafting tables and stools
- Dresser or chest of drawers
- Local telephone service (no phone provided)
- Coin operated laundry machines
- Vending machines
In addition, each residence hall is ADA accessible.
Sheets, bath towels and washcloths are available for a $15
fee, and beds can be dressed for an additional $10. Phones
are not included in the rooms, but each room is equipped with
two phone lines and conference participants are welcome to
bring a phone to make local, collect or calling card calls.
In addition, phone booths are located in the lobby of each
residence hall.
The Savannah College of Art and Design cannot receive mail
for conference attendees staying in residence halls. Attendees
must make prior arrangements to have mail delivered to another
location.
